So my ADHD has been in full gear and I forgot I had a blog :). I am going to try and post at least once a week from now on. Well since I was last bloggin over a year ago not much has changed but the little changes are huge. First I have been kicking bad habits. I quit smoking and am working on my language filter I have also worked on my anger a great deal. I have been able to do this with the help of God. Now before I get to preachy I have been saved and a Christ Follower for a number of years but just recently have begun my journey growing closer to the Lord. Other than that not much has really changed.
PS. I am now addicted to collecting small amphibians and fish. I will post some pics as soon as I can get a hold of a good camera.

Brain Broke
I'm in the process of revamping my blog and various other sites of mine. Look forward to some changes in the near future. Was working on it today when my brain broke so going to take a break and start back up tomorrow with the updating.
P90X...
So I'm about to start he P90X workout for the first time. What got me interested in this late night infomercial workout program was the little amount of equipment it takes to get started. I had also met a few people who have done the program and swear by it. From what I was told I'm in for a whooping and I hope my old man body can keep up with the program. I'll post some Before pictures once I start and some after pics when I'm done. Although Fair warning you may not want to look at my before pictures. If interested in the program you can check out there homepage Beachbody.
